Yardbird HK, Mono and Andō join hands in the name of “MORE GOOD” for a special one-night-only feast
More Good co-founder and Yardbird executive chef Matt Abergel will be collaborating with Andō’s Agustin Ferrnado Balbi and Mono’s Ricardo Chaneton for a one-night-only dinner at More Good on Sunday, 23 April 2023. The chefs will be cooking a 7-course menu inspired by South American flavours and their shared love for Hong Kong, with an accompanying beverage progression available. Priced at HK$3,888 per guest, all proceeds from the event will go towards funding More Good’s charity projects – which focus on providing high-quality and nutritious meals to communities in need.
