A family-style collaboration menu featuring Chefs Matt Abergel, Agustin Balbi & Ricardo Chaneton.
Menu highlights include an indulgent Nomad caviar service, seasonal seafood platter, both raw and cooked, whole dry-aged fish grilled over binchotan charcoal, as well as heritage pork, with anticucho sauce and roasted pineapple.
When: 6pm til late, 23 April (Sunday)
Where: More Good, Sum Lung Industrial Building, Unit A, 5/F, 11 Sun Yip St, Chai Wan
Pricing: $3,888 Per Seat
All proceeds will directly benefit the More Good Foundation.
Due to the nature of this collaborative family-style menu, we highly encourage reservations for groups of 2, 4, 6, or 8 (even numbers).
