Celebrate Lunar New Year with a sumptuous feast by guest chef Nero Ip.

Discover a festive meal of Chef Nero’s signature dishes like Lao Gan Ma Fish Scale Jelly, Scallion Oil Shredded Chicken, Drunken Friends (Abalone and Shrimp), and Shrimp Roe Fish Maw Rice in collaboration with local producers - Flagrant Sauce, Common Farms, and 滿堂香 Mao Tai for a special twist.

Each seat will enjoy free flowing Mumm champagne, wine and cocktails, a complimentary handwritten Fai Chun by master calligrapher Annice and festive games throughout the evening.

When: 7pm to late, 1st February 2024 (Thursday)
