Zou Zit Dinner featuring Chef Nero Ip & Wendy’s Wok World

HK$2,600.00

Zou Zit 做節 celebrates the Chinese tradition of gathering around a shared table, extending the spirit of generosity to Hong Kong’s food-insecure communities through its partnership with More Good.

In celebration of Mid-Autumn, this year’s dinner explores the resilience of culture — how traditions remain rooted in inheritance while evolving across time, borders and generations.

At the table, Chef Nero of Nero’s Kitchen and Wendy’s Wok World come together for a special collaboration exploring the evolution of Cantonese cuisine through the Guangdong diaspora. Served family-style, the menu features signature dishes including MTX Maotai Drunken Pigeon【滿堂香茅台醉鴿】, Salted Egg Yolk Prawns & Bitter Melon【黃金苦瓜蝦】, Fish Maw Stir-Fried with Thai Basil【九層塔炒花膠】and Shunde Style Pan-Fried Stuff Fish with Pickle Fish Sauce【順德釀鯪魚 配 酸菜魚汁】.

Enjoy free flow champagne, wine and spirits all night, alongside cocktails presented by Kinsman from its acclaimed ‘A Tale of Chinatowns’ — winner of Asia’s 50 Best Bars’ Best Cocktail Menu 2026.

Heritage local business Kingstone Engraving Company 【金石軒】returns to personalise stone stamps, bringing blessings to guests throughout the evening. Works by Hong Kong-based artists Phoebe Richardson and Queenie Chan will also be exhibited, inviting guests to pause and reflect on their relationship with themselves and the city they call home.

Join us as we celebrate a journey thousands of years in the making — a living lineage sustained by the hands that protect, fuel and pass it on, allowing us the privilege of continuing to practise, taste and gather around these traditions today, in celebration and generosity.
